  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes a tracking number.

You can track your package using the shipping confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout only. and if you notice an error to your shipping address, then the customer is responsible for that.
